Board Rules - Please read carfefully

This is a privately owned and operated bulletin board around the pinball hobby. The use of this board is free of charge. With registration to the board everybody accepts the rules hereafter. In addition to the rules there is a promosystem for new users. To use this board a user has to be 16 years of age at minimum. On request viable proof has to be supplied to the board owner. This also applies if the administration feels that incorrect user data has been submitted. The adminstration reserves reght to suspend the user in such case or may ask for sufficient proof.

The content of this web project has been carefully examined. We do not claim that all information contained in this web presentation is always complete, always up to date, always correct or always of the correct quality. There is no liability for any damage which may result from the use of this website.

Introduction

Postings and threads with illegal, unlawful, pornographic, racist, abusive, defamatory or vulgar content or web-links will not be tolerated by pinballz.net and will be deleted immediately. The owner of this board cannot be made liable for content or opinion of other users of this board. Each user is liable for themselves.

This is a bulletin board about pinball only and off topic as well as propaganda postings are not desired. When posting a certain language quality and level of expression is vital. Correct orthography is very much appreciated by everybody. Discussions and dispute between users should be sorted via PM or email or other means of communication but not in this board. Commercial publicity postings are not wanted and will be deleted. Same applies for double posting. PM’s and Spamming are forbidden and will result in withdrawal of membership in this board. Users that register for the marketplace are not desired as well. Users which have defrauded other members of this board will be excluded from the board as well.
Threads in which after 30 days no more posting is done and that do not have any lasting content, may be deleted.

This is a dual language bulletin board. The individual forums are marked with and/or . This shows the language used in that forum. If a forum is marked with e.g. german postings only are desired and vice versa.

It is forbidden to use member names or avatars which do infringe any copyrights of third parties. Please note that legal action may be taken at the regsitrants expense if this will be ignored.

Marketplace

Any sales offers need to be truthfully and a fixed price in the currency in which he likes to sell needs indicating. Sales offers should not be commented or discussed within the sales posting by other members. Those comments will be deleted. Everything that has to do with pinball can be offered in this board. Commercial dealers need to get allowance of the board administration if they want to offer anything. This is a private marketplace. Links to actions (e.g. ebay) of goods that someone wants to sell are not allowed. It is of each sellers and buyers responsibility to buy and sell in this board. All offers in the category FREE SUNDAY need to be free of charge apart from the postage and cannot be combined with any sales. Links in sale postings which lead to another website to be able to see the product offer are not desired. If such links require registartion at such website, the posting will be deleted without further notice.

Rules concerning online auctions
If an item is for sale here it must not be offered for auction at the same time. If the item hasn't been sold after it has been offered here for at least 5 days the seller might put it up for auction and post the auction link in his/her for sale thread only.

Promo System:

When user accounts are pending for activation, users can post in ‚SANDBOX’ only. All other forums are read only for that period. After your account has been approved a member has writing access in all areas of the board apart from PINBALL FAQ which is read-only. With an increasing amount of postings a user gains further benefits as listed below. :

All threads in this board are from members for members. It is everybody’s duty to inform themselves about any security issues by using this board and the internet. There is no liability for correctness for any content in this board. We do process personal data which might be collected by using this board according to German law. Our web server does save IP’s of ISP’s as well as date and duration of a visit. Also we do use ‘cookies’. If a legal authority has the right to access data, the owner of this board is obliged to cooperate. Copyrights on threads, pictures and postings of the individual user remain with him. The owner of this board is exempted from all consequence related to this. The owner of this board reserves the right to decide on the use of all content in this board. If a user deregisters it does not automatically lead to deletion of his postings and content.

Important Notice

Admins and Mods are allowed to independently warn and ban users without justification. Also they can move and delete postings. Any assignments have to abide by the user without discussion. If any problem does occur please contact the admin team, use the report function in the board or email community(at)pinballz.net. These rules have to be validated by the user from time to time. With ongoing use of this board any change or additions to the rules is accepted herewith. Alternatively the user account can be deleted at any desired time.
