By accident I got hold of a NOS CV playfield. I then have decided to 'tune up' my CV which for me was quite a thing, as I have never done something like this before and I am not such a technicel person. But there is alway a first time. My workplace was a sleeping couch because I could place both playfields on them softly.
NOS playfield have no drills at the surface for all the parts to go on. All holes for the screws will have to be made by yourself. Just everything that goes THROUGH like ball holes and any holes for bumpers and assys etc. is there.
2. Abbau des Spielfelds oben/Ripping the upper playfield
Something that I do not want to elaborate about as most people here will have done that before prior to cleaning. It is the usual things to do like making photos to recognize certain positions of certain parts e.g. any constructions of ramps using hex posts. There is 1 thing which is critical: some posts are additionally fixed under the playfield (like the metal u-shaped strips on the front part of the playfield which you need to pull up the playfield) and those screws under the playfield need to be removed first, as you will break the thread of the screw when you try to do that from the top.
I have not ripped the complete upper playfield in one go. Some parts I have left to make the move easier, therefore I needed both placed side by side on my sofa.
