the Bavarian Pinball Open 2015 is planned for Saturday May 30th 2015 in the city of Donauwörth.





A Maximum of 80 players will be playing for the title of the Bavarian Pinball Champion,

The torunament is played in the SWISS tournament mode (Mc. Wopkes)

The planned registration period is between Feb 1st and Feb 15th

Information for the Bavarian Pinball Open 2015 in Donauwörth

Location:
86609 Donauwörth, close to the Protestant Church,
Details about the location will be sent in the final registration confirmation

Tournament Begin:
Saturday 30.5.2015 13:00 – sign in of the registered players latest till 12:30

Starting Fee:
The tournament fee is 15 Euro. The left over money after payment of all costs will be given for charity in Donauwörth.

Tournament Mode:
We play in SWISS tournament mode (Mc. Wopkes). Every player will play at least till half time
of the tournament. (Mode details will be published till end of March).
The tournament will be registered for WPPR points.

Maximum Number of Players:
Up to 80 players may attend at the tournament. Additional visitors are not possible due to limitations
of the location and the fact that most of the available games are planned for the tournament.

Catering:
Drinks are sold by the local team and we also will take care for food services -
The price is not included in the start fee.

Proceeding of the registration:
Send an EMAIL till Feb 18th 2015 to flipperturnier @ vorabend-einchecker.de (remove white-spaces)
Content of the Mail: "Name of the player (as registered in the WPPR)", "home town", "mail address"
Within 5 days you get a confirmation that we received your mail.
If we receive more than 80 registrations till Feb 18th then the following selection will be done:
First 35 places go to best ranked 35 players in WPPR rankings ~ Feb 20th 2015
Second 35 places will be drawn in a raffle.
Last 10 will be selected by the local organisation team.
Qualified players will receive an EMAIL till 28.2. with the bank account# where to transfer the money.
The registration is completed when we receive the money.
If we do not receive money by March 15 we will pass the spot to another player.

Details of the location and travel will be sent by EMAIL to final registered players.
